Market leading meeting facilities, a board table that can sit up to 16 plus the latest meeting technology, a 65 inch display panel, Barco Clickshare, Jabra Video conference bar and high speed Wi-fi. We also have multiple break out areas.

We offer a be-spoke corporate concierge service. We can organise refreshments and food through the day as well as advise on recommended local restaurants or arrange a dine on site service provided by one our outstanding local chef’s.

Corporate bookings are personally overseen by Jeff, a qualified corporate coach with over 30 years’ board level experience in the hospitality sector.

West Acre offers 5,000 square feet of accommodation sat in an acre of private landscaped grounds. After the work is finished, guests can relax and enjoy our incredible facilities and spend some quality time bonding with your colleagues.

A variety of fabulous facilities including a hot tub, sauna, pool table, outdoor games, cinema room, private gardens, terrace and patio as well as 7 stunning boutique style bedrooms and plenty of comfortable indoor areas.

Sleeping for up to 7 delegates, with the ability to accommodate a further 9 through the day. Contributors can also be included remotely via our video conferencing technology. We have parking for 10 vehicles with an EV charger.

We can normally arrange for accommodation of addition guests at nearby venues if required.

We specialise in small groups, generally at senior management or board level, offering a private dedicated venue away from the normal office environment. A place where you have the time and space to really focus on what needs to be discussed.
