About Sutton Bank National Park Centre - Nature and Star Hub
The Star and Nature Hub is uniquely placed at Sutton Bank. The place James Herriot declared the tremendous escarpment view as the "finest in England".
Within the National Park Centre grounds, it’s a beautiful and tranquil location to be immersed in nature. It’s situated looking out onto woodland and a pond, just a stone’s throw from the windows. At night the outdoor space draws in dark sky enthusiasts who use the outside seating area to gaze at the stars above.
The room itself is a cosy space with a maximum capacity of 25 seated. Tables and chairs are provided, along with a pull-down screen for projection. You will need to bring your own technical equipment such as projector, laptop, pointer etc.
Accessibility is a key consideration at Sutton Bank National Park Centre. Toilets including changing places facilities are located outside the Centre. Approx 200 metres away. Tramper hire and wheelchair loan is possible and must be discussed before the event.
