Carlton Towers is a beautiful stately home with a long and distinguished history. Ornate, elegant and impressive, Carlton Towers hosts large events and private celebrations. We have a passion for great food, and it’s a passion we love to share with our visitors.

Walled Vineyard 

Our Walled Garden Vineyard has been compared to the world-famous Bollinger vineyard for its beauty and well-tended vines. Our sparkling wine isn’t bad either. The vineyard is available for private hire, photoshoots or as part of exclusive hire of the estate. The Stables Tearoom overlooks the vineyard and is available for smaller groups and meetings.

Cook School

Enjoy the ultimate foodie fun in our Cook School – whether you want to taste wine, bake bread or learn how to make sushi, we can make it happen.

Take your event outdoors

With 250 acres of parkland, woods and a lake, we can accommodate a range of activities in our grounds. From laser clay shooting to yoga, why not motivate and relax with some light-hearted activity.

Accommodation

At the end of the day, retire to one of Carltons luxury bedrooms, each one individually decorated by Lady Emma in the style of an English country estate. Additional accommodation is available in our estate cottages.

Ideally situated within easy travelling distance of York, Leeds & Hull. We are just off the M62, 10 minutes from Selby.
